 Arizona and Missouri’s approved amendments will expand access up to fetal viability, countering existing restrictive laws. In Missouri, abortion access had been banned without exceptions for rape or incest.  However, in Florida, the ballot measure failed to meet the 60% threshold needed for passage, leaving intact a restrictive six-week ban.
